So, I signed up for Facebook after the 21st of December, when timeline was released. One time I went to my profile and saw a thing saying get timeline but accidentally pressed 'no'. Is there any way for me to get timeline now?

Yes, and it will be forced on you anyway even if you initially opted out the first time. This is third or fourth major platform update they've done since 2004. Just wait a bit longer...you'll be converted to the new Timeline system within a few weeks anyway.
