My sister and I are winding up a vacation and I have uploaded a couple of pics of facebook and tagged her in some, but her friends couldn't see the pics so I set the album's privacy to Friends of Friends. Is it possible to customize the setting so that My friends and just her friends can see it? As opposed to what it is now, my friends and all my friends' friends can view it.

You can't customize Facebook that much. If you don't want non-friends seeing your album then just have her upload the pictures to her own album
