I see ordinary people getting over 100000 followers without following many people, the legit way. Theres one guy @FreddyAmazin who has almost 1M and barely follows anybody. I thought maybe he used a bot but I tried a bot and my twitter was stopped fast.
I've used Twiends which helped me get to 4K, but its seemed to not help as much the more I use it. Any other sites that help or tactics you find helpful?

Unfortunately you have to actually post interesting content. For whatever reason I'm currently following 50 people and about 100-115 people are following me, mostly because I'm doing a little gig every day where I drop whoever made the least interesting posts the day before and follow someone from my followers list who looks interesting.
I've only gotten about 25 followers from Twiends, the rest just follow.
