I don't know what I was thinking, but I followed some link a couple of my friends had posted and it sent the same link to all my friends on my address book. I went into my sent folder but don't see anything. How do I stop it?

If it wasn't in your sent folder, it's likely it never actually got sent. However, if it did, there is no way you can stop it. Once it is sent, it is sent. You can explain to your friends that it was a mistake. I'm sure they don't mind anyway.
