If I sent a message through facebook app would the person still be able to get if they didn't have facebook app? I mean would they be able to see it on the computer or on regular internet phone? And if I delete the message would it be deleted on theirs also?

They both are different and most of all they all are of third parties... Facebook will never take responsibility of these applications....it's on your risk
