in my Facebook walls friend list among all the friends 1 person is always there.I wanna to know on what basis FB shows the friend on the wall?

FB changed the way it shows posts a while ago.
Basically, it now (by default) shows the people you interact with the most.
To change this, go to the very bottom of your FB page, click on edit options, click on the show posts from and choose all your friends and pages then click save
