i'm trying to upload a gif and it said that my account can't perform the action. twitter says it doesn't accept pictures over 4mb but the gif is only 70kb. the twitter help page says it doesn't accept animated .gif files but it accepts .gif files so im assuming that's the problem? does anyone know how to change my gif to a .gif file?

Update the browser to the latest version to get things fixed.
