you can do it by inviting friends
go to Facebook.com/invite.php -> import your email addresses-> other ways -> then you can upload a notepad file that has a maximum of 5000 email address
if they use Facebook they will get a request , if not they will get an email to join Facebook and be your friends . in order not to get banned all the emails should be working
