I'm not that dumb, I know you can PERMINANTLY delete your FB not deactivate, anyways, what happens to the groups?

If you permanently delete your account then all of your pages, groups and everything you admin will be deleted with it. By The Way, If you deactivate you Facebook for 9-11 months it will be deleted with the rest of your data on your account.
