I just got the Sanyo Incognito and I was wondering if the facebook, myspace and tweeter applications are free. On Sprint website it says tweeter is allowed with messaging and i have that.

Yes, they are ALL free to use. It's just like using your computer...once you're a subscriber to these social networks, you can login from your phone.
I have the Incognito, and all these apps you mentioned are displayed, which is cool, because you don't have to get to the Internet to go there.
