Is there a way of removing Facebook timeline? - Merisa - 11-09-2012 09:37 AM

It's the most annoying thing in the world. >.< I absolutely hate it. I made a stupid move by changing my old profile to the new and "improved" timeline. Is there a way that I can change it back?

Hi Merisa, there is no way to remove the Timeline, but there is a extension or plug-in I've heard of in Google Chrome that you can get the old layout. Doesn't hurt to give it a search!

*lights cigarette*

@Chris F*ck off.

And no, it's become a "standard" thing, they've changed it - ignoring the outcries of protest from their 800 million and climbing users. It had something like a 9% approval rating when they changed it, meaning 91% of users disliked it.

@Christ - Okay sir, calm down. I'm not going to fly to america to have a fight with you. I'm sure my penis will shrivel up when I see you, but not out of fear. As for p*ssy as* b*tch and nigg* this and nigg* that, i'm not a nigg* - so instead i'd prefer it if you used the correct term "cracker".

Goodnight.

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook

this guide will help you learn how to use it

you can trick out your browser settings to IE7 to see your old page only on your own computer, but everyone else will be seeing your timeline and all the stuff you dont want them seeing, so it's really just not worth it

you can view all timeline pages in the older more user friendly profile page format, if you follow this simple guide:
