I hate Facebook right now.
So now they have this feature where groups register who saw it. If the picture showed up on my newsfeed (I didn't like the page or click on it or anything) would it say that I saw it? I'd feel like a stalker since I don't know the people tagged or anything.

no, you have to go to the group page to be shown as seeing it

No you Would Have to Go to the Group and Like Something Or Comment Something on it
