I'm looking for a place to advertise that offers Facebook style ads, with an image I can upload and a space to add text to it. Any ideas, anyone?

Oh, and anything besides google adsense/words. They are too picky about the display url and landing url matching perfectly and as an affiliate marketer, this isn't in my control!!

They don't exist. You either advertise using a text advert or a image advert.
You should research "facebook advertising networks". They are banner adverts which are designed to integrate with the Facebook website design and be used inside Facebook applications.
