i got rid of the background but not the ads now i tried to get rid of the app on facebook but it's not there and i want to get rid of the ads cuz they r annoying
its cuz at first i found page rage then i hated it then i found webifetti which is way better than page rage

You could try few browser add on's/extensions.
For Google Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/extensions/search?itemlang=&hl=en&q=facebook+ads+remove
For Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/remove-all-facebook-ads/
