I thought, that when I go to Facebook Privacy Settings, it would be the answer, but no... Because there's no option to turn your posts visible to everyone. Only friends, friends of friends and custom people are the options I can select.

you must be under 18 then - you wont have the public option

you can go to any friends wall who using time and get timeline from his wall.
and you go to your privacy setting. in "Control Your Default Privacy" section you chose public profile setting and apply
