I have a facebook profile with a bunch of my business-related albums. I need these to be transferred to my business page. Is there anyway to do this?

It sounds like you have two FB accounts and the pictures you need for one are saved on the other. Is that correct? I can think of two ways.
Where did the photos come from? When in the account with the ownership rights to the photos, save them locally (to your C: drive). Then go into the other accounts and create an album and upload the photos.
Or, from the account with the photos, if you can Tag the other user on the photos, they will become available on the other account's Wall. From there you can save them to that account.
