Unfriend them or change your act.

Go to your wall, every time you comment on another's profile, and you can "delete activity." There's no setting to actually remove your activity. Maybe bring it to Facebook's attention that you want something like this. If they get enough complaints about it, they should put in a setting to do so automatically.

block them and tell them you deleted your facebook

Oh I changed this on mine. When you see the next thing that says you commented on someone's post, go to the thingy that let's you delete it and choose the one that says "don't show this activity anymore" or whatever
