Follow people that have similar interests as you! Like look down your fave celebs list and follow the interesting ones. Or think up some interesting tweets that could maybe get retweeted. Ask your followers questions, then their followers will notice you and check you out. But most of all just be yourself! Hope I helped :] p.s, if they don't follow you back over a period of time, don't bother following them. Unless they're a celeb of course!

Share informative links and be active all the time. Make yourself visible and useful to others. One more thing I can suggest you is to look for a twitter followers provider. Here check on this one. Their campaign really works on my account.

You can follow more people in hopes of them following you back. You can check out the list of 115k followers on twitter who will likely follow you back if you follow them first at http://fiverr.com/adnagam
