You can't they are eventually gonna make everyone one change. SO you get to use the timeline until they release something else

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook, not an optional update

this guide will help you learn how to use it

it's really not that bad once you get used to it

you can still play sims with the timeline

you cant get rid of timeline once its enabled on your account, you can however send feedback directly to the facebook team about timeline, the feedback form is here: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact_us.php?id=150272491747654

you can also disable Timeline in your own browser so you dont have to view timeline pages anymore, and can just view the old style profile pages instead if you follow this simple guide:

There's no way to undo the Timeline upgrade. Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.

Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.
