Is there a way to see someones Facebook timeline if they do not have it yet? By this I mean if someone has not updated to timeline is there anyway I could see though... Iike through an extension

If they don't have the Timeline yet you can't see it. Because it doesn't "exist".
No Timeline = No Timeline to see

Nope you Can Not See There Timeline Even when they first get it it will take 7 days for it to be published to the public or sooner if they hit the publish button
