They used to have a list, but they removed it due to privacy issues. Go to their profile and click "about" section, if they have it on their profile, it should be there.

You can get the list of your friends phone number for only those who have set their contact number visible.
Now how the list displays depend on your type of mobile device and its Facebook Application it use.
For example:
In iPhone Facebook application, in friend list phone symbol is displayed for friends who have kept their contact number visible on their profile.
