hey my facebook home has all these apps and stuff that i cant exit out of making it that i have to scroll down to see my friends box some of them you can close but the just come back when i refresh also my friends facebooks dont have as many as me help =) heres the screen shot http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/526/capturengx.png/

The only way to get rid of spammy apps that won't close is to delete them (or you just have a huge bunch on your side bar that you dont want).
To delete them:
- go to your account settings (click drop down arrow next to home)
- click app settings
- click the small x on the right of the app that you want to delete
- click remove
and then repeat the process until you only have apps you actually want
