I know I can preview my FB profile from the perspective of friends and "everyone", but as I am under 18 Facebook limits the amount of info total strangers can see. My question is can I somehow preview how friends of my friends see my profile?

On the privacy setting you can see what your friends of friends can see but i dont think you can preview it.

If you set up your privacy to friends of friends, whatever your friends see in your account they also see it. But if you really want to limit your privacy set you settings to Friends only. This setting is good in users 18 - below.
