Okay so i have a twitter and i dont really get it. i meant i know you can be like this for example if you want to send some one something.... EX:
@yelyahwilliams Hayley cant wait to see you! civic tour here we go!
But whats this about::: Ask what you want to know by tweeting your questions to @billboarddotcom using hashtag #bblivechat. whats "hashtag #bblivechat." ???

Wrong section and I have twitter and I don't really get what you're saying...I don't really think i've ever h to use whatever this # thing is xD

A hashtag is any one word after a hash (#). #bblivechat is a hashtag. the hashtag can be clicked on in the tweet and it acts like you just searched for it, so you can see everyone else's tweets about that hashtag. So to respond to that tweet, you could just say
@billboarddotcom What's number 1 this week? #bblivechat
or something like that.
