Twitter is for popular people to send out tweets, and unpopular people to receive said tweets. Sorry, thats the way it works.

I know the best way for tumblr! Go to my blog: http://wreckclairesjournal.tumblr.com/ and click the button on the top left that says "GetMoreFollowers." (You have to be following me though for this to work correctly.) Then click the link on that page and it will lead you to a website where you can promote your tumblr.
