You will need to un install the video calling plugin from your computer...
For WINDOWS:
Go to the Control Panel.
Select Programs and Features.
Choose “Facebook Video Calling Plugin†from the list of programs and click Uninstall.
For MAC OS X:
In the Finder, go to your Home directory (labeled with a house icon and your username).
Open the “Library†folder.
Open the “Internet Plug-Ins†folder.
Delete the FacebookVideoCalling.bundle file.
After deleting the file above, you can remove the following to save space:
In the Finder, go to your Home directory.
Open the “Library†folder and then the “Application Support†folder.
Open the “Facebook†folder.
Delete the “video†folder.

you Cant Delete Video Chat For Facebook its Built into the Site you Can Not Use it but thats Pretty much it
