No i no a friend who's account got " suspended ", and she thought it would be for a awhile!
but its been like 4 months, so she made another one -.-
yeah it sucks but if i were you i would make another one!
also you might have done something to violate there terms and conditions, if not you can contact them!

Well, basically, when your account gets suspended, it means that you can't tweet from it anymore, but your previous tweets are still there.
The only way to get it unsuspended is to contact twitter. Just go to their help and type in, suspended twitter or something. And, there will be something like, send a message saying that your getting suspended is a mistake or whatever.
