I accidentally deleted it, then re-added. I had the older version (v. 1.45), now I have the new version (v.20).
The new version has removed essential features (hide sponsored ads & keep news feed on 'most recent').
Does anyone know where I can get the older version (1.45), or alternatively, an alternative add on that still has these features?

No, I don't think you can get the older verision now.
