So I sent a direct message to my crush on Twitter which said and I quote " I have a crush on you". Me & this guy were co workers for 6 months. We usually had lunch together alot, and talked every single day. Now I no longer work with him. However he replied to my message and said " wow me ? Awww. Well you sould hit me up & we can have drinks or something" . Does he sound interested? I don't wanna seem like the pushy type and hit him up on the reg if its not mutual. I have a bad habit of ignoring guys I like for their attention, but should I be the initiator now?

You made the first move. he replied and suggested you go for drinks--that means that he's interested. your next move is to say it sounds great and ask him when he'd like to meet. he'll tell you, and you have a date.
