idk if anyone has heard about thelolcam but it has alot of effects that you can use with ur webcam.
my only problem is that you can chat with anyone on that app..
i need suggestions for apps on facebook that have effects and let you chat with other people at the same time (:

Have you ever tried the Chat Rounds app? I really like it....They have cool effects too.
