My little sister went on the computer and downloaded some sketchy program called "Free Games!!!" so I deleted it, then my brother downloaded some Runescape bot called Epicbot. The Free Games!!! thing also unzipped some facebook layouts program and now I'm finding giant ads inbetween posts on my wall. Is that related to the Free Games!!! ? Or is that how Facebook is now?

I think it might have to do with the programs you downloaded.
There are no ads posted on my wall,

My facebook shows no ads similar to what you describe. You likely have junk installed on your computer.
