If you have chosen the timeline feature on facebook is it possible to go back to the original wall instead of using the timeline?

From my understanding it is impossible to go back to the old format of Facebook after you accept to the new format.

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook, not an optional update - they are now forcibly converting everyone slowly without your consent
