As far as I can gather, this site randomly grabs people's photos and names and then people rate whether they're "jerks" or not. (No one has voted on me, further proof that it was automated.) They say they won't delete any profiles, period. The website has poor English, and it's clearly just trying to grab people's information and advertise.

How can I get my photo and name off of here? (I don't even know how these mofos got it. No doubt some facebook app and hi5.com...)

Absolutely nothing you can do about it. You yourself willingly uploaded the photo's that were taken of you, and by doing that you've put them into public domain (the internet). What they're doing is not only not illegal, but if you decided to sue them I'm sure they'd waste no time to counter sue for slander/libel.

Moral of the story, hold social networks accountable, and yourself. If they got your picture from Facebook, who's fault do you think that is? You uploaded it, and have absolute control over who views it. You have no one to blame but yourself, unfortunately.
