So I sent this guy a friend request on fb & he accepted it. Later, I checked my notifications & it said he sent me a friend request? So I accepted it, confused & tried searching his name. His page won't load, saying it's "expired" & "Page Not Found" whats going on & it won't show him as my friend??

He most likely deleted his Facebook or blocked you after sending you a request himself. Why he would so this, obviously i can't answer that.

Try logging completely out if Facebook & then logging back in

its just becoz he blocked you or he deactived his accoung. the reason you are not able to see his page or profile. if he blocked you he will not show on your friendlist and he just deactived his account. you can see when he actived again.

Yes, we all know that we get 10 points for a best answer, but focusing on the problem I think that Facebook has somehow forbidden you from communicating between each other...
