It means YOU are following 7 peoples pages and ONE person is following your page(tweets)

Yeah, it means that you have one follower and they are subscribed to your tweets. Click on their little picture thing and it will take you to their Twitter page. The 'Following' means that you are subscribed to 7 people's tweets.
