You do gain followers but you also lose them really fast. I lost like 1000 followers in a week, and you get suspended. (I did)

I got left with 0 followers
and i cant use my twitter anymore, and i have to make a new one :/

Those types of websites are pretty spammy so the quality of followers you will get is really bad. Just start tweeting and tweeting and following other people that you find interesting, regardless if they follow you back or not and over time you will get twitter followers.
