Im just wondering. Like for someone to make a fan group or something of "I hate Stacy Johnson" or something, just a fake name, and then the site is doing nothing of making fun of her, I jsut always wondered this. Even if it is, can they find out who made it?

you can always find out who made it. Whenever there is an online "transaction" your ip and mac addresses are recorded on the web servers.
As long as you are not making any slanderous comments of anyone, and stay within the sites terms of service, you are good to go.

Please don't create "hate" groups because that's against the Facebook rule.
