Keeps telling me either the picture is too big or that there was a problem. Help. Please.

I go to http://www.twitpic.com. It shows up on your twitter account.

You want to upload a twitter profile picture?
The file size must not exceed 700k
My suggestion would be to make your picture small in photoshop, paint, or a image host and they try to upload it again.
