I want to delete my facebook profile and need to know if ALL my activity also disappears. That includes all the likes and comments I've done in other profiles.

Nope. Those comments and likes will stay there.

No they only get deleted once the staff has verified them for any forgery and malicious contents, if in case you're found guilty they may take further actions.
