No. It has a list of random friends and has a random number that is the same on everyone else's profile that has it.
Example:
Your profile: John Smith has viewed your profile 476 times.
A friend's else's profile: Jennifer Wilson has viewed your profile 476 times.
Another friend's profile: William Johnson has viewed your profile 476 times.
See what I mean? The number never changes. It just has a random friend with a random number.
