If i am viewing someones facebook profile, will they know that i am viewing it? I'am already on there friend list.

You can view someone's profile as many times as you like and they will never know it.

There's no legit way to do that. Doing that is actually against the rules of Facebook. Don't trust those third-party websites that claim they can let people see who has been visiting their profiles; chances are those websites are phishing sites and/or spam sites. Always be cautious about these sites.
