I have noticed that there are about 5x as many ads on Facebook than there used to be (around the borders -top, bottom and sides-, and on the homepage there is a bg button and a remove bg button.), there are also ads on people's walls.
So is it just me or has my fb been hacked? (I have Norton 360 so I doubt that it's a virus or anything.)

No It is not just you. More buisnesses are making more ads and facebook is a sponsor....u just kida have to deal with it I guess...unless you contact Facebook administration and ask them to stop sponsoring so much...

No, its not just you. There are way more ads and the scary part: they are extremely targeted. I typed in the word "meat" in one of my comments one day and ads about bacon popped up on the sides. I don't believe in coincidences.
I must admit that I have used their advertising and for just 25.00 a day- they showed my ad over 50,000 times in a 48 hour period. Its insane but Facebook is making a killing and using their users as the cattle.
