What I wanna ask is that whatever the ads are their on facebook are those limited to particular area ?
I mean just take an example of current ad when we log out from facebook we are able to see the Bol bachchan movie ad is that ad is limited to India only ?

Yes the one who pay fb for adds select some crowd to target. for example a store in tour area will target that region crowd
