When I go to my friends profile, it shows up the new "timeline" instead. I try to view my own, but it just takes me to my profile.
By the way, I looked this up at the Help Center but they said "Go to your profile and click View as public or one of your friends" I did that and they just took me to my own profile!
I am really curious what mine looks like so how do i do this? is it even possible? By the way please don't ask me for my facebook.

if you dont see the button, that means you have to wait for it

You have to upgrade to Timeline in order to see it. This guide will show you how to upgrade to the new Facebook Timeline:
