on my dashboard, I always a bunch of stuff that talks about it. However these are just videos. Is there anywhere I can click to download it? Do i have to download them? Please help if you know anything at all. thx.
p..s. I do have a gold membership, i'm just clueless as to accessing these.

On the 'Spotlight' tab of the xbox dashboard,press 'A' where its says Facebook etc... then download them for free by using the usual download system

turn your xbox off, then turn it back on and after that once you sign in to your profile it should say something like "xbox live update available, update now?" Then just click yes and after a couple minutes it should update, then it will restart your xbox

Do you have a child account? If so, child accounts
cannot access Facebook/Twitter services via the
Xbox 360.....You have to be 18 or old
to access it and a XBL Gold member
