i joined an app it's called like social life or something like that and now i don't know how to get to it anymore.

At the bottom left of the screen, click on Applications, and then Edit Applications. It will display a list of the apps that you have used recently. Find the one you used, click edit settings, and you can choose to bookmark the application. This means that it will show an icon on the bottom of the screen that will take you directly to the app.
