You can get followers on twitter by following large number of people with similar interest, tweeting interesting tweets often, and retweeting. Also there is a company that can get you real human followers with similar interest for 3 cent a follower. You need to order at least a1,000.
They are very professional. The are call Followers Biz. They primarily sell to businesses but will sell to individuals.
