Hello, I was wondering, do Facebook group admins have the legal right to control the content of their group? And also can you be held accountable for something someone says in your group?

Facebook group admins have the ability to control what goes on in their group, but nobody on Facebook has any legal rights to anything. The only entity with a legal right to control anything on Facebook is Facebook. The rest of us are all there at the pleasure of the corporation.
I doubt any court would find an admin legally liable for anything in a Facebook group.
