I want to know how to hide the pages I'm a fan of in the public search, because I already saw some people did it.

I finally found it in the help section on facebook.com:
Q. Can I hide the Pages I'm a fan of from my profile?
A. We currently do not allow users to hide the pages they are fans of from their friends. However, we plan to provide more robust privacy controls for Pages in the future.
