I just found out how to delete the facebook group, but the problem is, I already deleted myself, so now I cannot follow those steps. What do I do?

Facebook groups are a way to stay connected with people on your friend's list. The occasional group member may not respect the group's privacy and you might need to delete certain posts. If you're a group administrator, you can delete posts directly from the group's "wall." If you're not an administrator, you can't delete status updates from the group's wall, but you can delete any questionable postings that group members leave directly on your personal profile wall.
